Effective July 24, 2026. This website is deliberately simple, so this policy can be too: we collect almost nothing, and this page explains exactly what “almost” means.
What this website collects: nothing
Vedanexa.com is a static, prerendered website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no advertising or tracking scripts, and has no forms that transmit data to us. There is no account system and no login. You can read every page on this site without telling us anything about yourself.
Contact happens through your own email client
The only way this site connects you to us is an email link. Clicking it opens your own mail application — nothing is sent through the website itself, and nothing leaves your device unless you press send.
What we receive when you email us
If you write to hello@vedanexa.com, we receive your email address, whatever you choose to write, and anything you choose to attach. That is the complete list — and you decide all of it.
How we use your correspondence
We use what you send us to reply to you, to discuss your project or question, and to prepare any proposal you ask for. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing email. If you write to us once, you hear from us about that conversation — nothing else.
How long we keep it
Email you send us is kept as ordinary business correspondence: for as long as the conversation or engagement it relates to stays relevant, and for any period record-keeping law requires. When it no longer serves either purpose, it can go.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share your correspondence with anyone outside Vedanexa except where the law compels us to.
Third parties
The site itself loads no third-party scripts, fonts, embeds, or trackers. Our email is hosted by an email provider, which processes messages the way any mail service must in order to deliver them. That is the only third party involved in hearing from you.
Your rights
You can ask us what correspondence of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@vedanexa.com and we will reply within two business days.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how this site works — adding a contact form, for example — we will update this policy first and change the effective date at the top of the page. We will never apply a change retroactively to information you have already sent us.
